What You'll Learn
Increase your own awareness of learner characteristics, behaviours and needs through the creation of learner personas, and use communication tools and alternate media to drive learner engagement and ensure a cohesive learning experience.
You’ll learn how to apply techniques for writing enticing, lean and impactful learning content for multiple media formats and create journey maps that identify tools and tactics to use across touchpoints in an end-to-end learning experience to drive learner engagement.
By the end of this program you’ll be able to create structured campaign plans that outline communications, media assets and initiatives designed to launch, support and sustain learning programs.

In this course you will explore key techniques for writing ‘lean’ content, on-screen text, learner interactions and easy to skim reference guides.
