The Professional Learning Fellowship offers a dynamic 14-week journey designed to guide seasoned professionals through initiating and mobilizing organizational change.
Immerse yourself in a comprehensive learning experience that includes asynchronous self-directed inquiry, personalized one-on-one coaching sessions, interactive collaborative working sessions, engaging seminars, and ongoing mentorship from our Process Facilitator and Experts-in-Residence.
As a Fellow, you’ll engage in reflective practice to identify barriers and uncover hidden growth opportunities as you navigate your change initiative from conception to execution.
Through our vibrant and supportive professional learning community you will connect with like-minded peers, engage in thought-provoking discussions and access research that bridges the gap between theory and practice.
