OISE Continuing & Professional Learning (CPL) partners with organizations to strengthen workforce capability and support system-level improvement.

We work with ministries, school systems, postsecondary institutions, and organizations seeking to align professional learning, leadership capability, and implementation with strategic priorities. Our focus is on ensuring that development efforts translate into measurable improvements in practice and performance.

Integrating Learning, Research, and Implementation

In many organizations, professional learning, research, and implementation exist, but operate with varying degrees of alignment.
