Learning Campaigns: Applying Elements of Learning Experience Design

Competing for your learner's attention in our always-connected world of social and interactive media is a challenge - especially when you are launching blended solutions that straddle multiple delivery channels.

In this course, you'll explore how to use communication techniques to drive a learning campaign that connects the elements of a full end-to-end Learning and Development solution, while generating interest and enthusiasm for individual initiatives. You'll draw upon proven marketing and communication strategies and current practices in the field of learning experience design to focus on the complete learner experience, what happens 'pre' 'during' and post' a learning event to ensure readiness, total engagement, and transfer of learning back on the job.
