Develop and Deliver High-Impact Learning

This course helps you turn your design ideas into real, usable learning programs.

You'll learn how to develop materials, use learning tools and technologies, and prepare for delivering training in a workplace setting.

You'll also explore how to collaborate with stakeholders, plan for implementation, and measure the impact of your learning solutions. By the end, you'll feel confident building practical, inclusive training that truly supports adults at work. 

Course Format

This course is fully online and asynchronous. You can work through the modules at your own pace. A course guide will answer questions and provide feedback on your final tasks. 

Program Progression

This is Course 2 of 3 in the Foundations of Workplace Learning & Development certificate. You’ll receive a digital Certificate of Completion once all courses are successfully completed.

Note: You will need a computer, headphones/speakers, a microphone, and a reliable internet connection.

Grading: Pass/Fail. No numerical or letter grade is assigned. 

Pre-Requisites: If you are new to the L&D space, we recommend completing the courses in the following order:
