Design Engaging Learning Experiences

This course gives you the foundation you need to design high-quality, inclusive learning experiences for adults.

You'll learn how adults learn, how to understand what an organization needs, and how to design learning that supports both individual and team growth.

You'll work with well-known frameworks - such as ADDIE, Human-Centered Design, UDL, and the Kirkpatrick Model - and learn how to choose the right approach for the situation. Through case studies and hands-on activities, you'll design learning solutions that are practical, clear, and grounded in real workplace needs.

Course Format

This course is fully online and asynchronous. You can work through the modules at your own pace. A course guide will answer questions and provide feedback on your assignments.
