OISE Continuing & Professional Learning will be updating tuition fees for selected certificate courses that begin in 2026.
This change applies to most professional certificate and specialization courses, while fees for OCT licensure courses will remain the same.
What’s Changing
New tuition fees will appear in November 2025 as Spring 2026 courses open for registration.
Courses running in Winter and Late Winter 2026 will stay at the current fee until December 31, 2025. Registrations completed on or after January 1, 2026 will reflect the new rate.

When do the new tuition fees take effect?
New fees will apply immediately to courses that begin in Spring 2026 and later. These courses will appear on our website starting in November 2025.
Winter and Late Winter 2026 courses will stay at their current fees until December 31, 2025, and move to new fees on January 1, 2026.
Can I still register in my program at the current course fee?
Yes. Register for a Winter or Late Winter 2026 course before December 31, 2025 to keep the current fee.

What if I’m partway through my certificate?
You will pay the fee that’s in effect at the time you register for each course.
