The OISE Brief Coaching Certificate combines Solutions-Focused approaches and techniques that leverage collective competence, strengthen relationships and promote positive outcomes. These skills will equip leaders and education professionals with new tools to advance the capacity and capability of teams, as well as their own capacity and capability as leaders.
Developed and delivered by industry experts at Canada’s leading faculty of education*, this Certificate program is delivered in blended format (combining online and in-person components) and can be completed in less than a year.

This program includes three core courses, taken sequentially, each 24-hours in duration, with a blend of in-class and online participation.

WLD-FBC – Foundations of Brief Coaching (Delivered on-campus in Toronto)
Learn the foundational concepts and application of the Brief Coaching method. Enhance your coaching skills, deepen your practice, and learn how to bring a coaching dialogue to your workplace.
VIEW COURSE DETAILS
WLD-ABC – Applications of Brief Coaching (Delivered online)
Examine stories, review case studies and practice Brief Coaching strategies and techniques in multiple contexts. Become a more influential communicator by applying coaching principles and techniques, while receiving peer and facilitator feedback.

WLD-BCMC – Coaching Masterclass (Delivered on-campus in Toronto)
Engage in Solution-Focused live coaching dialogue sessions and practice Brief Coaching principles in this final Masterclass. As part of this formal preparation course, you’ll receive a recording of your live session and complete a final report.
