Dr. Lennon’s academic and professional activities are international and comparative in scope but focused on Canada and its institutions. She has over 40 publications on topics including system design, quality and qualifications frameworks, student mobility, credit transfer, learning outcomes and assessment. Dr. Lennon holds degrees from Queen’s University, Simon Fraser University and OISE/University of Toronto.
Dr. Mary Catharine Lennon
Jun 6th, 2025Dr. Mary Catharine Lennon is the Head of Research, International and Special Projects at the Postsecondary Education Quality Assessment Board of Ontario (PEQAB) and holds appointments at the Canadian and International Higher Education Centre, and Department of Leadership, Adult and Higher Education at OISE/University of Toronto.
She is also a two-term Board Director of the International Network of Quality Assurance in Higher Education (INQAAHE) and chairs the Committee for Capacity Building and Research.
