Professor Becky (Xi) Chen is a Tier 1 Canada Research Chair in Literacy Development of Bilingual and Multilingual Children. On July 1, she begins her term as OISE's Associate Dean, Research, Partnership and Innovation. To this role, she brings years of experience working with education system, university, and community partners to provide the research evidence base for best practices in education for K-12 multilingual learners.
