Design and lead a meaningful school improvement initiative aligned with your professional leadership goals.
This Master Certificate program challenges participants to apply leadership theory to real-world educational challenges, with an emphasis on equity, instructional innovation, and organizational development.
You'll explore improvement planning processes, lead a personalized inquiry, and engage in peer collaboration and feedback while developing a professional action plan tailored to your context.
By the end of the program, you will have executed a leadership initiative and produced a reflective report and portfolio that demonstrates your capacity to lead sustainable change in a school setting.

Course Format
This 14-week online fellowship combines self-directed inquiry with guided support from facilitators, mentors-in-residence, and peers. Learning takes place through asynchronous modules, virtual seminars, and one-to-one coaching sessions. Fellows are expected to engage approximately 7–9 hours per week for a total of 125 hours of learning activity.
Seven (7) seminar sessions will be held synchronously via Zoom throughout the program. Attendance at most sessions is strongly encouraged to maximize peer collaboration and mentorship opportunities. A preliminary seminar schedule will be shared in advance; dates and times are subject to change.
Technology Requirements
You’ll need a reliable internet connection and a modern web browser to access course materials. Optional live sessions (if offered) will be announced within the course site.
Registration Process

- Log in to your Learner Portal (or create an account) and complete payment.
- In your learner account, go to My Applications > Start to complete your application.
- An OISE CPL representative will review your submission and confirm your enrollment before the course begins. If you register during the holiday closure, your confirmation will follow once our office reopens in early January.
Withdrawal and Refund Policy
