Lead Career Guidance Improvement
Lead improvement in guidance and career education through collaboration.
In this final course, you will draw on current research, policy, and trends in guidance and career education (GCE) to drive meaningful change in your school or professional setting.
Using school improvement and inquiry-based approaches, you will design practical solutions that strengthen guidance and career education for all learners. The course focuses on working with others to create change. Learn how to engage students, families, educators, and community partners in shared leadership and improvement efforts. You will also explore how to draw on available resources and build partnerships that support sustainable progress. By the end of the course, you will be ready to lead or support meaningful improvements in guidance and career education in your school community.
Course Format
This course is fully online and asynchronous, with optional synchronous sessions. It is facilitator-led and organized into modules with specific assignment due dates to support your progress.
Program Progression
This is course 3 of 3 in the Career Guidance and Counselling Certificate. You will receive a digital Certificate of Completion once all three courses have been completed successfully.

Grading: Complete/Incomplete. No numerical or letter grade is assigned.
