In this six week online course, you'll examine how the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum design process upholds the IB Mission and philosophy within the K-12 international education context.
You'll have the opportunity to continue to practice the IB inquiry cycle (Inquire-Act-Reflect) as you learn how to design and plan effective learning in an IB programme based on learning theories, effective strategies and learning styles.
Exploring relevant learning theories, strategies and styles that support the design of effective IB learning activities
Teaching strategies and skills for designing learning activities that support IB learning aims and objectives
Designing learning activities with differentiated instructional strategies to meet the needs of all IB students
Selecting and evaluating teaching and learning models that support IB programming
