PQP1.3: Instructional Leadership & Innovation

Explore how you can lead instructional improvements to enhance student achievement and success while fostering a culture of professional growth.

Learn strategies to strengthen curriculum coordination and support effective teaching practices across the school. Develop approaches to mentor and guide teachers, fostering collaboration and professional development. Use data-driven strategies to assess student learning, guide decision-making, and support school-wide improvement. Discuss real-life scenarios with peers to analyze key factors that shape successful learning environments.

By the end of the course, you will gain practical leadership strategies to support instructional improvement and strengthen your ability to monitor, evaluate, and refine teaching and learning practices.
