Advance Learning in a Digital Age
Digital tools and technologies are shaping how adults learn across every sector.
This course helps you understand how to use these tools - such as AI, analytics, learning platforms, social learning spaces, and blended systems - to build flexible and future-ready learning experiences.
Through real examples and practical activities, you'll learn how to design digital learning solutions, make data-informed decisions, and evaluate the systems that support learning in organizations.
Course Format
This course is fully online and asynchronous. You can work through the modules at your own pace. A course guide will answer questions and provide feedback on your final tasks.
Program Progression
This is Course 3 of 3 in the Foundations of Workplace Learning & Development certificate. You’ll receive a digital Certificate of Completion once all courses are successfully completed.

Format
This is a fully online, guided self-paced program. This format allows you to complete the program at your own pace, in as little as 4-8 weeks, or up to a maximum of 3 months. A designated Course Guide will offer support, host office hours, assess your assignments, and provide feedback.
Registration Process

- Log into your Learner Portal and complete payment.
- You will receive your program access email on the Thursday following the registration deadline.
Program Access Timeline
Your 3-month access period begins on the date you receive your login credentials.
Important
- Access expires at the 3-month mark and cannot be extended.
- Once access expires, all progress, content and feedback will no longer be available. Please plan your learning accordingly.
T2202
T2202 tuition tax receipts are issued to eligible learners who are filing a Canadian tax return. The T2202 is issued based on the program's scheduled end date, not the date on which you complete the program, and will reflect the tax year corresponding to that scheduled end date.
